Ridiculous receptionist! Extremely rude and pays no attention to customers.

Dr. Cam has been an outstanding support to my son. He figured out what was going on with his eyes, but just as importantly, he validated his life experience not seeing anything clearly. And the follow up support has been outstanding as well. The staff is equally kind, cheerful and supportive.

Even without insurance their services are affordable. Dr. Erica Courteau-Grew (the owner of East Coast Podiatry) saw that I did not have insurance and waived the fee for the previous visit. Do not expect her to do this for everybody, but this just shows her sincerity to the matters of other's situations, as I am currently unemployed and needed the surgery to obtain a job.After your procedure your following visits (if related to the same procedure) are free, and she is a very generous person. I previously had the surgery done (permanent ingrown toenail removal) on my other toe a year before. I had to wait months to even get in to see a doctor, and when I did he botched the surgery and it ended up growing back anyways (this previous surgery was done by a surgeon at a hospital). Erica is well educated in podiatry and knows what she is doing.I highly recommend this clinic for all of your podiatry needs.

Dr. Cabrita is an outstandingly talented and knowledgeable practitioner. The best! She masterfully communicates in a kind, thoughtful, and caring manner and turns that into positive actions and education for my benefit and the benefit of others. After endless medical appointments and attempts at rehab for 2 years I still was having lots of difficulty. Thankfully, I met Dr. Cabrita and she dramatically changed my life with her trigger point injection therapy treatments and pro-active advice. I now can walk and feel like myself again…Wow! I am so incredibly thankfully to Dr. Cabrita and the rest of her talented team!

1st time in this place and i had great expirienced thou i was walk in patient. front desk are very nice. No long wait for walk ins. Highly recommended!

Can never get through to reception. Have to repeatedly call back over 10+ times.to ge through only to wait 40+ minutes to actually speak with a human. There is never any appointments available for over 5 weeks. So you end up going to a clinic. No point of having a family dr cause you can never get in to be seen. Literally was on the phone or 40+ minutes for the receptionist to tell me your doctor has no appointments anytime soon so I will call you back if she can squeeze you in at some point " like pardon me ? I am now looking for a new dr that actually can see their patients. If I could give less than one star ai would. For history I have been a patient for 28 years and my family for over 50."

Terrible, inconsistent, abelist, and very very condescending. If you have an illness don't trust these people. Sometimes they use their online appointment software, sometimes they don't. There's no one who answers the phone. Awful, deeply terrible and all together a huge waste of time.Edit post response/same day: I am in crisis and require help. The medical system is a nightmare to navigate on the best of days. There were no personal insults made, and you weren't listening- as many many doctors don't.We went back and forth and there were several conversations that happened, all of which came back to: We can't help you, go elsewhere.I was ready to talk about my PTSD- specifically my PTSD FROM the medical system, 6 years of pain and trauma. 6 years of Doctors telling me to go to therapy so that they know it's not 'all in my head'. My family Dr told me several times that this was the only referral option I have available and I have witnesses to that. You took a vulnerable client and did more damage.Also good to note that confidentiality is secondary to google reviews.I expect you to be dismissive and reject my experience, that's on brand.

Been going since I left Brampton over 2 years ago. Was Gobsmacked at the high level of care that I received. Laura dawn goes out of her way. I had many questions answered. As my wife said if your appointment is late, it's because someone else is having problems. Laura is not your run of the mill cookie cutter nurse practitioner . First went to Tony 2 years ago. His wealth of knowledge and caring demeanour is unparalleled. Had been living with sore feet for years, and with his help, I now have happy feet. He is patient and thorough with his medical explanation/diagnosis. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for aid.
